We hope that Honduran advanced people will have enough strength to force the coup-clique out of the usurped presidency. Or, at least, to keep enough pressure to guarantee democratic elections in November. It is very likely that Micheletti's (un)goverment will try to stop or deflect the electoral process or even to prosecute political parties such as Unificación Democrática. The ousting of the OAS is very bad news for Honduras. However, the Vasquez-Micheletti's coup is not only an Honduran affaire, is a Panamerican one. If you read conservative media (from Argentina to Canada) they are taking Micheletti's (un)government as an example. If Obama let Vasquez-Micheletti without real pressure against, then he will be encouraging the US far right into going to the Vasquez-Micheletti's way against Obama.

I actually thought it was bad when he announced that he would delay his return from Thursday to Saturday.
